StabiliX™ Pump Series delivers quiet, reliable, and long-lasting performance for degassing applications where dissolved gases and bubbles cause issues. Designed for stress-free operation, these durable vacuum pumps perform consistently across a wide range of fluid flow conditions.

With a completely inert wetted path, StabiliX™ pumps effectively remove gas bubbles from nearly any fluid at both analytical and preparative scales. The analytical version is ideal for standard degassing chambers and low flow-rate applications, while the preparative version is built to manage high vapor loads, high flow rates, and low vapor-pressure fluids that increase solvent pervaporation.

Engineered for modern inline degassers and retrofitting.

StabiliX™ vacuum pumps are fully compatible with modern film degassing chambers and traditional tubular membrane degassers across a wide range of flow rates, making them suitable for nearly any inline degasser design. Available in bottom- and side-mounted configurations, they can be easily retrofitted to inline degassers from multiple brands, including the full Biotech Fluidics DEGASi® product family.

Designed to support advanced regulating algorithms, StabiliX™ pumps enable dual-stage vacuum and ZHCR® (Zero Hysteresis – Constant Run) operation to reduce noise and wear while maximizing performance, stability, and service life. With modern controller boards, they function as constant performance degassing pumps (CPDP), dynamically adjusting vacuum levels to fully utilize modern film-based degassing chambers. The StabiliX™ series is fully compliant with current RoHS and REACH regulations.
