Stand Alone Degasser

 

Our Stand-alone degasser technology will solve your bubble troubles. Gases dissolved in liquids can be problematic in fluidic systems as the gas molecules can form bubbles under pressure or temperature changes, affecting the accuracy, precision, and performance of the equipment.  

Online degassing efficiently removes dissolved gases from the fluid stream,  preventing bubble formation, reducing noise, improving baseline stability, reducing startup times, and ensuring more consistent results. This is very important in laboratory analysis equipment such as liquid chromatography, HPLC, UHPLC, ion chromatography, and mass spectrometry to ensure a clean process. When a degasser is used in the fluid path of machines for semi-conductor manufacturing or assembly, instruments for immunology, haematology, and in vitro diagnostics, they will also typically receive more consistent results.

Degassers

Optimised for low flow rates of aqueous and organic liquids up to 0.5 mL/min. Biocompatible flow path of 100 μL. Not for use with hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

The first choice for most applications in analytical instrumentation and liquid chromatography, including typical reversed-phase and ion chromatography applications with flow rates up to 3 mL/min. Biocompatible flow path of 480 μL. Not for use with hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

Designed for straight-phase chromatography applications with flow rates up to 3 mL/min. With the stainless-steel stented flow path of 480 μL this degasser is intended for use with all common organic solvents including alkanes like hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

DEGASi® Semi-Prep
Designed for reversed-phase and ion chromatography applications at flow rates in the range 3-6 mL/min. Bio-compatible flow path of 925 μL. Not for use with hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

DEGASi® GPC Semi-Prep
Designed for straight-phase chromatography applications with flow rates 3-6 mL/min. With the stainless-steel stented flow path of 925 μL this degasser is intended for use with all common organic solvents including alkanes like hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

DEGASi® Prep
Powerful degasser for aqueous and organic liquids. Suitable for flow rates up to 15 mL/min/channel with an internal volume of 5.4 mL. Suitable for use with organic solvents including hexane.

DEGASi® Nano
Optimised for nano-flow rates of aqueous and organic liquids up to 0.1 mL/min. Biocompatible flow path of 25 μL. Not for use with hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

DEGASi® UltraNano
Optimised for ultra-low flow rates of aqueous and organic liquids up to 25 μL/min. Bio-compatible flow path of only 6 μL. Not for use with hexane. Available in the DEGASi® Plus and DEGASi® Integration series.

DEGASi® High Flow 1000
The most powerful degasser for water and aqueous buffers up to 1000 mL/min. This degasser is based on a silicone membrane and should not be used with more than 5% alcohol. The internal volume is 200 mL.
