ChromaNik SunShell PFP&C18

SunShell PFP & C18 Column (Pentafluorophenyl  Phase & C18) has the same stereoselectivity as the SunShell PFP column but the hydrophobicity is greatly increased and the retention time is extended. PFP & C18 achieve the same separation as that of PFP, including the separation of fluorobenzene. Due to the increased hydrophobicity of the surface, the durability of PFP & C18 is approximately three times of a conventional PFP

Chromanik SunShell PFP&C18

SunShell column has not only an inert surface but also high stability due to deactivated silanol groups. SunShell 2.6μm column can be used on both HPLC and UHPLC because it shows 2 times lower back pressure than a sub 2μm column.
SunShell C18 2.6μm sized 100 x 4.6mm has the same performance as a totally porous C18 5μm-sized 250×4.6mm so that the same separation can be achieved by both columns without changing the separation condition, which reduces analysis time by one-third.
