Then consider the DEGASi® MICRO degasser. With only 100 µl internal volume you minimize the internal volume while still keeping excellent degassing efficiency up to approximately 0.5 ml/min.
The new Stand Alone Vacuum Degasser Systems are specifically designed for HPLC, SPR and other fluidic systems. The system removes dissolved gases from the mobile phases to reduce retention time shifts and improve baseline stability. Removing dissolved gasses eliminates bubbles before they occur and removes oxygen which can interfere with UV detection methods. The system is available in 1-6 channel systems at analytical flow. For preparative HPLC see DEGASi PREP+. Select the “GPC” version for applications using hexanes and similar organic solvents.
