Our Degassing Vacuum Control System is designed for simple plug and play operation into most of our degassing chambers. Simply provide 24DC and the system will automatically provide vacuum to the specified vacuum level. Built-in continuous head purges ensure that moisture and vapor are swept out of the pump to maintain consistent performance. An optional connector is available for LED error outputs. This all-new generation of pumps is characterized as being exceptionally quiet – a remarkable upgrade from older versions. It’s also lighter and operates with fewer vibrations.

Errors Detected:

1. Pumpdown: Prep_Unable to reach 110 mmHg in 10 minutes., Analytical_Unable to reach 80 mmH6 in 10 minutes,
2. High Vacuum: Prep_Vacuum more than 110 mmHg for more than 6 min in the running state (after pump down)., Analytical_Vacuum more than 80 mmHg for more than 6 min in the running state (after pump down).,
3. Sensor Signal: Sensor Failure Detected, sensor signal less than 25 mmHg. LED Indicators or Optional Errors Output: Electrical Output _ 10mA @ 5VDC, Blinking Rate_1 second on, 1 second off, Power on, vacuum above control range: Red blinking, Vacuum reaches upper control range: Green, Solid,E rror Condition, Shutdown: Red Solid.
