The handling of our IDEX RefractoMax RI Detectors is easy, as users can quickly assess working conditions on the colored display screen. Complex processes, such as changing the eluent in the reference cell, can be automated via the start-up button. Additionally, simple instrument validation and calibration are facilitated through the “HELP” function.

A stable baseline is attained in the shortest possible time through the optimization of temperature control and thermal isolation. The RefractoMax demonstrates a superior signal-to-noise ratio due to its baseline stability. Even during extended analysis times, minimal drift is observed. The detector is equipped with a leak sensor, automatically switching off the pump for added safety

External inlet and outlet ports enable seamless communication with various chromatography systems. The IDEX RefractoMax RI is available in three flow rate options.

RefractoMax Micro: flow rates: 0.1 – 1 mL/min

RefractoMax Analytical: flow rates: 1 – 5 mL/min

RefractoMax Semi-Prep: flow rates: 1 – 50 mL/min
